Stafford based care organisation Angel Homecaring Limited are a privately owned business providing a high level of general to complex care at home.

Bluecube provide Angel Homecaring and a number of other care organisations in the UK, to provide a remote monitoring solution. The solution allows carers to log in and out of a service users address, whilst giving them a live rota to follow and the ability to send messages back to base.

The business managers benefit from the assurance of knowing that carers have completed the jobs on their rota, on time and at the correct location. All visits are geo-tagged and time stamped on the system to provide quality assurance to clients and provide accurate data for managers.

The system uses NFC technology and a smart mobile device to send and store critical information, log carers in (and out) of addresses and scheduled jobs. Working with a partner that provide home care management software, Bluecube provide a low cost voice and data tariff and a smart phone device to care companies that want to adopt the solution.

Bluecube also implemented the hosted voice solution Silverline for Angel Homecaring. Silverline allows staff to transfer calls internally and externally, the company use an auto-attendant feature to direct calls to the right area of the business. The Silverline service is delivered over a fibre optic internet connection with an ADSL backup solution for resilience. However, there are a number of different internet products that support Silverline depending on the number of users and availability at the installation address.
