London based Bluecube client IRFC Studio have recently moved their HQ and contracted Bluecube to move their office telephony services.
IRFC Studio is an interdisciplinary design and consulting studio based in Shoreditch. They specialise in the food and catering market managing redesigns, build, installation and marketing of client facilities.
When IRFC decided to relocate, the phone system and phone lines they were using previously were replaced with Bluecube's Silverline hosted voice service. The legacy phone system was old and limited in functionality and the phone lines limited the business to a certain number of inbound and outbound calls at any one time. Hosted voice services from Bluecube allow all users to be on the phone simultaneously whilst not missing calls if all users are busy. Calls can be forwarded to a queue, another office, a remote worker or even voicemail if the office is busy now. This ensures that no inbound calls are ever missed.
