Managing Director Paul Reames founded Bluecube in 2008 after several years within the telecoms industry. Joining the Industry in 1999, Paul had long spells at Vodafone and T-Mobile before setting up the business and building a base of clients throughout the United Kingdom. Paul still takes a hands on role within the business and is regularly involved in moving new clients over to Bluecube and ensuring existing clients are getting delivery on the service promised.
Emma has previously worked in both the private and public sectors, including a senior role at HMCS. Emma plays a key role in the senior management team and is responsible for the commercial side of the business as well as financial planning and reporting. Emma has a wealth of experience in this area and the day to day financial responsibility of ensuring Bluecube remains highly focussed and financially efficient falls into Emma’s remit.
Jenna is Bluecube's latest team member and joins Bluecube as Technical Support Apprentice. Jenna assists our outstanding service desk team in delivering first class technical support and responding to other customer enquiries. Jenna handles a range of support enquiries including the provisioning of new services, raising fault tickets with the networks and even helping customers with remote support sessions.
Kate is responsible for providing clients with accurate and simple billing for their Bluecube services. Kate can also provide bespoke billing when required. Bluecube often provide solutions for clients using multiple carriers and Kate ensures the billing information is converged and transferred onto one easy to understand invoice. Kate can provide assistance with online billing queries and helps customers with the billing tools provided by Bluecube.
Alex is an experienced member of the business sales and implementation team. Alex is responsible for overseeing the smooth transition of services to Bluecube for clients. This includes site surveys and installations, user policies, end user training and delivery of services. Alex has vast implementation experience and will ensure minimum disruption when a new system or internet service is installed. Alex also works with the business development team when client referrals are given.
Jack has been with Bluecube since 2014 and works solely within the business development team. Jack has broad knowledge of the options and technologies available for businesses, ranging from IP voice and digital services to bespoke mobile tariffs and high speed internet. Jack is responsible for new business generation for Bluecube to support growth as well as working closely with existing clients and suppliers. Jack also helps manage Bluecube's social media campaigns.
Niall joined the team in 2011 and is a key member of Bluecube’s customer focus department. Niall’s main area of responsibility is offering technical support and fault resolution to Bluecube clients as well as assisting the sales team with order provisioning. Niall has in depth technical knowledge of the services and products Bluecube provide which adds great value to Bluecube’s service desk and his cheerful approach has proved a hit with our clients.
James' primary role is as Lead Web Designer at Bluecube Technology Solutions Limited. He has been an important member of the team at BTS helping to deliver IT support and solutions for over 10 years. James consults for Bluecube Telecommunications Limited; helping us keep the website fresh, up to date and ensuring customers have the latest information. James has overseen four full rebuilds of the Bluecube website over a 9 year period.
