Paul joined the telecoms industry in 1999 with independent service provider Project Telecom before a long spell at Vodafone UK & then T-Mobile UK. Paul founded Bluecube in 2008, the vision then was to provide customer service excellence and first class communication solutions to the SME market. Six years later on these are still key focus points for Bluecube and the business has clients throughout the UK using converged communication solutions across multiple carriers, being managed by one service desk team at Bluecube.
Emma has worked in both the private and public sectors including a senior role at HMCS. Emma is responsible for the commercial side of the business and has a wealth of experience in this area. The day to day financial responsibility of ensuring Bluecube remains highly focussed and financially efficient falls in to Emma's remit.
Niall joined Bluecube in 2011 and has become a key member of Bluecube’s customer focussed team. Niall's main area of responsibility is offering general support to Bluecube clients and assisting the business sales team with new business order processing and fault resolution. Niall has good knowledge and skills in the technical & IP based product area of the business and this adds great value to the support clients receive from the Bluecube service desk.
Kate is responsible for providing customers with accurate, simple and when required bespoke billing for their Bluecube services. Bluecube often provide solutions for clients using multiple carriers, Kate ensures the billing information from these carriers is transferred on to one easy to understand invoice. Kate can provide support for assistance with online billing queries and help with the billing tools provided by Bluecube.
Alex has been with the business for 2 years now and has become an important member of the business sales team. Alex has particular expertise in Bluecube’s cloud PBX service "Silverline" and small business internet solutions. Alex will work hard to find your business a cost effective alternative to your current comms package that brings with it real benefits to your business.
Jack joined Bluecube in 2014 as an apprentice in the order and provisioning team. Jack has proven to be quick to learn and an instant hit with customers due to his cheerful and reliable approach to resolving customer queries. After completing his apprenticeship and due to his understanding of Bluecube’s products and services, it soon became clear that Jack was well equipped to operate in a business development roll. Richard has been with Bluecube from the very early stages and adds valauble experience in winning key accounts. Richard worked with Paul Reames at T-Mobile UK before joining Bluecube to help to grow the customer base. Richard has formerly worked for organisations such as Reuters and Logica UK.
